Kahala Hawaiian Bedding

Searching for a fun and cool change for your bedroom? Craving a splash of color and a unique sense of style? It sounds like Hawaiian bedding, available in so many different colors and patterns, is the perfect choice for your new look.

Flowers and big, splashy leaves quantify the essence of Hawaiian bedding. Although a wide variety of flowers are seen on this type of bedding, one of the most common is a Hibiscus flower, which comes in many beautiful shades, including pink, yellow, and lots of different reds. Because they are found in tropical, hot places, Hibiscus are associated with vacation and of course, the island of Hawaii.

Palm trees can also be spotted in abundance grazing the tops of these sheets, as can aloe leaves, which are dark green and very shiny. Certain fruits that are associated with the hot weather and the tropics can also be found, like the delicious and juicy pineapple, coconut and mango. Just thinking of them can make your mouth water!

Hawaii cannot be mentioned without reference to the many stunning beaches that surround it. Pictures that have to do with beaches are found on this bedding as well, such as colorful sunsets and surf boards, as well as waves and boats. Other classic vacation items are also popular, like a refreshing glass of lemonade with lots of ice, sunglasses, and big, bouncy beach balls.

You can expect to find these sheets and blankets in only the most bright and exciting shades. Spring and summer colors abound, such as cheerful yellows and greens and primary blues and reds, as well as pink and purple themed sets for girls' rooms. Don't go looking for these sheets as an accent to a somber all-black room or a stuff tan and beige place, because they are much more cute and happy than that.

Of course, all quality sheets must be a good fit for your bed and should be comfortable to the touch. If you can spare the expense, you might want to consider buying a high thread count type of sheet; the more threads that go into making a sheet, the softer, more appealing feel it has.

Look for a website that deals exclusively with Hawaiian bedding when beginning your search because they are sure to offer the most variety. By simply typing in a simple search, you will be shown type after type of bedding and one is sure to suit your style. An interesting look would be to get colors that contrast to your existing paint job, but a classic, nice match would also work well. Try experimenting with your accessories and see if you can locate a lamp shaped like a palm tree or a trash basket in the shape of a coconut. You might even go as far as to paint your walls ocean-blue and the ceiling to look like a sunset!

Summertime naturally calls for breezy coastal decor. It won't be hard to feel like you are already on vacation as you lie back and dream in your Hawaiian bedding.

  • Visit Paradise Every Night With Hawaiian Style Bedding

The Hawaiian style quilt is an excellent example of Hawaiian tropical bedding and one that can be put to good use. In fact, such quilts can be made into the focal point in the bedroom and when chosen properly can inspire visions of sand, sun and plenty of surf. Typically, tropical bedding set items are evocative of the colors as well as images of the culture of Hawaii and so, expect to find items that sport palm trees that are swaying merrily, exotic tropical blossoms, tiki huts and ocean waves. - 2 years ago

Living in Wisconsin where we get maybe 10 whole days of summer each year, a tropical oasis in our own bedroom may be something rather of interest. :)
